The sky today
Moon in Aries · waxing Moon
It is Scorpio season. The Moon is in Aries today. The mood of the day: everything wants to start at once and nothing wants to wait. The old almanac rule says to sow annual flowers and the crops that bear above ground, such as beans, sweet corn and tomatoes, while the Moon is waxing, from new moon to full. In the old almanacs, Aries is counted as a barren sign.
The Moon's day
The Moon makes no major aspects today. The day has no set direction, and that is no flaw. If you have no plans, you are in step with it today. And Mercury is retrograde: the parcel comes later, the appointment slips. Allow for it.
Saying of the day
“Much rain in October, much wind in December.” An old rule that a wet October was followed by a windy December.

The sky is calculated and can be checked. The readings come from tradition and are told as such: a horoscope is entertainment, not a forecast.
