Moon calendar for cleaning windows: April 2029
The old moon calendars name good days even for cleaning windows. The rule is to clean while the Moon is waning, ideally on a day when it is in an air sign.
Good days
Sat 7 (Aquarius), Sun 8 (Aquarius)
When the Moon is waning in Gemini, Libra or Aquarius, the glass is said to dry without streaks.
Better not
Sun 1, Mon 2, Mon 9, Tue 10, Wed 11, Thu 19, Fri 20, Sat 21, Sat 28, Sun 29
When the Moon is in a water sign, Cancer, Scorpio or Pisces, the glass is said to streak more easily.
The Moon's position is computed for every day at noon, Central European Time. The rules are tradition, as the old moon calendars hand them down, not a promise. The whole calendar: moon calendar.
