♑︎ Capricorn rising: the ascendant in Capricorn
With Capricorn rising, you come across as serious, reliable and reserved. People trust you with a great deal, often from a young age. Tradition says you loosen up as you get older.
The ascendant is the sign rising in the east at birth. The reading is tradition, not a verdict on a person.
